Initial Consultation: I offer a free 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation so that you can determine if I am the right person for you.
Standard fee for 50-minute session: $160

Methods of Payment: I accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
Payment is due at the time of service

Insurance: I do not currently accept insurance. I am happy to provide a superbill for clients who intend to claim services on their out-of-network benefits.

Online Therapy
​​Online therapy, also known as telehealth, refers to therapy done by video or phone. I offer video sessions through Zoom and phone sessions for those who don't have internet or need extra privacy.

Even though we will be working online, you can expect a safe, confidential, and consistent space for our work together. I offer an initial consultation, free of charge. This will allow us to meet and determine if I am the right therapist for you. From there we will work on gathering important background information, deepening the trust and connection of the therapeutic relationship, and move into working on whatever you bring to therapy.
